All of our fish and shellfish are sourced from the pristine clean waters of the Outer Hebrides, with the salmon and sea trout uniquely of local island origin.

 

These exceptional quality ingredients are prepared entirely by hand before we smoke them with locally cut island peat to impart an unforgettably aromatic flavour.

 

After the smoking we hand-slice our fish and only offer the very best in eating quality and appearance to our customers.

 

Hebridean Smokehouse is a small family-run company with a history of fish smoking on North Uist going back over 30 years, and we aspire to make the best smoked products available anywhere.
